About the Founder

Over the past 15-plus years, award-winning business-to-business communications specialist Don Talend, MBA has been managing communications projects of all types and exceeding quality expectations. Equally proficient in the areas of marketing communications and editorial work, he has executed the development of successful print and electronic communications vehicles and campaigns such as brochures, e-mail, Web content development, newsletters, and trade magazines. A tireless researcher, reporter and interviewer, he has had articles published in more than 25 magazines covering technology and industry. He was honored with the 2001 American Society of Business Publication Editors Midwest Region Editorial Excellence Bronze Award in the Regular Column, Staff Written under 80,000 circulation category. An accomplished marketer, journalist, and public speaker, Don is a member of the Business Marketing Association, Construction Writers Association, and the Independent Writers of Chicago. He is active in ministries and volunteer work at his parish, St. Catherine of Siena in West Dundee, Ill., and also volunteers for Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation.
